NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have upgraded my contract where my husband and I both upgraded to new phones and I also procured another contract with a laptop and modem. I had to go back to the shop in Randfontein twice and still have to go back for a third time as they are unable to set up my laptop. It does not seem that they know what they are doing and I am no IT specialist myself. I rely on them to assist me in the set up of my new laptop and to transfer my data from my old computer to the new laptop. The lady there told me that they don't assist with that and I must find someone to do it myself. Nashua Mobile is only interested in the profit it seems. Once you've bought something you are. Fix it yourself or whatever they don't care. I am very irate and I feel let down and frustrated. What do I do now as I'm still stuck??? After all I DO PAY FOR IT EACH MONTH and if we as the public do not procure these contracts Nashua will be out of business.
