Can someone just give me a proper answer?

I had a laptop contract with nashua mobile until expiry. Prior to them delivering the laptop i was asked to provide them with proof of insurance for the laptop or take theirs. I provided them with proof from PSG Konsult and a laptop was delivered to me along with a USB modem and simcard. I was never offered or asked about insurance on the modem or simcard.

When my contract expired i renewed and took out only a data contract for an additional contract period using my same modem.

This weekend my modem was along with my laptop.

My insurance will take care of the laptop but nobody at Nashua seems able to tell me whether they will replace my modem or if they wont, which modem i had exactly and how much will it cost to replace along with the simcard and where i can get this replaced. It was hard enough getting the simcard blocked.

After being with you for this long and still choosing to renew a data contract with you while there are other cheaper providers, i would expect a little more competence and professionalism, or is that too much to ask of companies these days?
