I have had extremely bad service from Vodacom. I upgraded my contract, got a "new" phone which did not work, I returned it twice within 5 days & I was told that I would be given a refurbished phone. I contacted Callum wanting to change my contract to Nashua Mobile after fighting with at least 5 different people at Vodacom who still treat me as though this was my fault. Callum sent my emails to the relevant departments & contacted Vodacom himself and had it sorted out within a week when my contract isn't even with Nashua. Thank you Callum.
