Not assisting with refund

I have been to the alexandra Identity twice and they don't want to assist, yesterday i went they gave me the incorrect number to call and give refund for an overpaid account, when i spoke to the head office they said i must go to my nearest Identity, they sending me to the wrong places, is Identity going to refund me or what
