I WILL NEVER USE MTN AGAIN

I had two contracts with MTN, of which i have already cancelled one.(was not informed i was due for an upgrade or i was able to cancel, MTN just kept billing me). But that is not the issue here. I wanted to upgrade to a data deal last week and wanted the Galaxy Tab 10.1, but I was then told it would take weeks and i would pay penalties bla bla bla, as i am on a talk package. I got upset and left the store. I then decided to try again and get a talk package upgrade today. I am on a MTN Topup 100 but would like to downgrade the package as i do not use it all. Only to be told that i would need to pay in R700 for the downgrade? Contract expires in July, of which i am sure MTN will bill me at the end of August aswell because you are all a bunch of scaley! I will be cancelling my contract and will NEVER go back to MTN again! I will also be informing ALL my friends and family about my few horrible years with MTN.
