Upgrade/Downgrade 2 Cell Phone Contracts

My dad a slightly deaf 76 year old man was contacted while driving, the guy proceeded to tell him that he is due for a upgrade my dad said he knew but he did not have time to talk he will go in over the weekend the guy insisted it would only take a couple of minutes and then proceeded to downgrade my dad and my my mother without him really knowing what was going on. This we found out when I took him in to upgrade as he needed a new phone. This is not all they still had the audacity to charge him courier charges on both contracts when he never received any phones. We want these contracts reversed so that my dad can get a new phone and my mothers contract can be cancelled and she can keep her number and be on a pay as you go package.
