I have been with MTN for as long as I can remember, since 2004 if I am correct and keep all my contracts with them as they do offer good deals etc. Today I wanted to upgrade one of my cell numbers to a package more suited to my financial needs 'what i can afford'.
I was told by the sales person that I cannot downgrade my contract. I asked why? He just said becuase its an early upgrade and I'm not allowed to...
I'm not allowed to?? without a proper reason why??
Well if that is how MTN feels about their long term customers, I will be cancelling 2 contracts i have with MTN and porting my 2 other numbers when they are due to Vodacom or Cell C, perhaps I will get better service from them and better explanations...
