28 March - upgraded my phone at CPT International Airport MTN350 package. They made a mistake and upgraded me to- MTN500. The lady who helped me stayed after hours to help and cxl and redid my upgrade to MTN350. 2 Apr I got an sms: You've successfully loaded a 240MB bolt on data bundle. 3 April I went to Bayside branch to query this as I know the package I have I get 150MB bundle for free. They had a look at my account and told me I am still on MTN500. They suggested I wait till I get my first bill and then sort it out.
4March I phoned 808 to ask them what is happening, I spoke to Thempinkosi Khumalo who told me I need to phone the airport branch directly, they gave me the following telnr: 021 934 3261 Which doesn't work. Eventually got hold of Garth explained my whole story and he is looking into it and will let me know what is happening. 8 Apr bayside phoned garth he will let me know. 10 Apr Garth phone me all is fine, send me an email to confirm and 2hours later my phone is cut off. I can only phone 808, they say to me sorry the contract was changed (because THEY made a mistake) it will take 2 - 24hours before my phone works!!!
