Nashua mobile shocking deductions on phone bill

Hi - I upgraded telephonically (and was never advised to get a data bundle) to a Nokia Smartphone in Dec.and have been a client since 1996. I only made a few calls, I use whatapp and sms mostly my bill was R 500 within a week I received the phone- It was soft blocked. I spoke to Simone van Waardenberg and she told me we used a lot of data and she mailed me a spread sheet with a lot of info that isn't in plain English and not clear what was charged. She never replied back when I queried this bill. I went to Nashua Blairgowrie and was assisted by Micheal Stechner (BIG UP TO HIM). He explained to us the phone was running on LTE and I do not have any internet data bundle. the phone was using my airtime and out of bundle data that is quite expensive. Nobody told me the phone was going to run all kinds of rubbish apps and updates without any data bundle attached-VERY COSTLY INDEED. After no one was interested in my query, even from Michael who left a few queries with Norma, I phoned the call centre and I was assisted by Elizabeth, she explained what happened but could no do anything regarding my phone bill - I will complain to ICASA and the CPA as consumers have many rights
