Im paying for MTN fault!

I upgraded on the 31st of May 2013 to an iphone package (anytime 200) at R429pm, however I have been receiving R100 and 25 sms's which is of my previous contract. My bill for the last two months were R900 and R1800, partly due to my free minutes and data not being loaded. After numerous phone calls and visits to the branch - no one can assist me..Just faxing of papers etc. 3 months down the line and still NO resolution. Over the weekend I received an email to say the package has been corrected - I checked my bundle and account information - subscription has been changed to R442.54 excluding VAT with 150Mb data which is incorrect!!! This is very pathetic, Can someone from MTN please sort this out!!
