Good day, on the 4th I called to upgrade my data contract to a handset. I was told I was due for an upgrade, but that I first had to cancel my data contract before I apply for a hand set. The sales person said she will phone me back, but I am still waiting, I proceeded to email a cancellation email to [Email Removed] on the 4th, today is the 9th and I have not had any feedback. Really frustrating! And why can't I just do an upgrade, now I have to go through the whole application process again, epic fail. I feel like cutting all ties with cell c and just taking out another contract on my wife's mobile provider...
