Data bundle not loaded

I recently upgraded my Auotpage contract from a Blackberry to a Sumsung S3.
Amy is really one of the best if not the best person that I have been in contact with at any Cell phone
supplier. The power was of that day. So I did not get the contract. They would phone me and I would go in to sign it.
She did the contract ext. and loaded the data for R99.00 (250GB?).
Later that month I get a call to say by bill is now standing on R1700, because there was no bundle loaded.
Amy (sorry for spelling) knows about this and put a notice on the system. They declined. When I phoned Autopage customer care they said it was the problem of the branch and that they must credit my account.
I phoned Amy and she looked into it. She said she is waiting for accounts to come back to her, but its been weeks if not months. I don't know what they are looking at for so long.
I had to pay R2300 for a account (that month) because the bundle was not loaded on the system. It is not my fault that this happened.
I would like this amount to be credited please. I was a Autopage mistake...
