DATA COMPLAINT. INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

In February 2013 I was low on my iphone data bundle. I contacted Autopage in Craighall at The Colony and I had a 250mb bundle loaded onto my phone. Well so I thought. It was not loaded until the middle March 2013. I had used out of data bundle rates and so I had an extremely high phone bill. This continued in March and in April. When the same scenario happened. My original 500mb was also somehow cancelled. The guys at the Colony branch discovered that my iphone package on vodacom had never been added properly. I was supposed to be getting 500mb with my contract but this was never loaded. They discovered that I had purchased a 500mb bundle a year ago and I have been paying for this monthly, where I should be getting it as part of my contract. This was brought up with headoffice multiple times, but NOTHING has been done. Emails have been sent to the GM. I am supposed to be getting credits for all the mistakes that headoffice made with supposedly loading extra data that I PAY FOR but that never gets loaded onto my phone - every month i end up using out of data bundle rates which has a huge impact on my monthly phone bill. I will be cancelling my contract with AUTOPAGE after 5 years.
