Upgrade done incorrectly

Have upgraded my account more than a month ago at MTN Mooi River Mall Potchefstroom, the package that i have upgraded to included the following:

R350 airtime

350 sms

350 mb data and 150mb data free every month

Up and till today i have received 150mb data, nothing else i dont have any bundles i dont have anything that was promised on the packages i have phoned them several times everytime they told me that the package was loaded incorrectly and it will be rectified i phoned them every week and everytime i have the same answer, i have send an email to their customers complaint but i only received an confrimation that my email was received that is now also again 5 days ago, i have phoned the mtn store in Potchefstroom and they told me that they will phone me back needless to say nobody phoned me back.

I need to pay for a service that i am not currently receiving, i also ask them what i can do to go to another service provider and still no answer, i am really frustrated and i dont know what more i must do to get what i am paying for.

This is more than a month now with no feedback from anyone
