I cancelled the contract on the 01st of April 2013. Reason why was because my BIS was cancelled without any notification. I asked Jabulile if there would be any charge besides the R59 9 (fifty nine rand) as at the end of April 2013 she said that would be all. I received a bill charging me as again for the number I was cancelled. Why can Vodacom not employees not explain this if the customer asks about it so that we can make provision and honour our debts at the end of the month?
