I have a contract with cell c. I can upgrade but cell c DO NOT WANT TO DO IT.. After phoning them 2 days in a row and after 10 min each time of speaking to them. I get the promise that they will confirm the contract and phone me back. Still waiting and it is day 3. Cell C it is simple. Upgrade me to the Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition or take this massage as conformation of cancellation. I will go to your competition
