Last month in September I was told that I am due for an upgrade in October, but I told them I don't want to upgrade and want to cancel my contract nr 0843895679 because I do have another line with them and I don't use that nr, they told me that I must send them an email with 1 month written notice that I want to cancel, I send it on the 18th of Sept. I received NO feedback! I sent the email AGAIN on Oct 9 asking if they did the cancellation and again on Oct 14 and I phoned them and they said someone will phone me back, but NO feedback so far! Can someone PLEASE contact me because I am getting fed up now!!!
