Waiting two and a half hours fr a cell upgrade

Calm before hand to say we want a combo package for an upgrade upgrade was confirmed and all we had to do was pick up the phone and tablet. Arrived there we where greeted and then had to wait for lazola. Waited for an hour then finally he came to see to us then there was a problem with airtime being lost due to choosing a lesser package that she had. (why must my wife know how much airtime she had and why wasn't that communicated to her before hand) then we agreed to the downgrade with the possibility of loosing airtime. Then we waited another hour and a half and eventually just walked out. All the while we had our two toddlers (aged 1 and 3) with, making a noise, crying etc.

I am totally disgusted with the behavior of the branch as no one could tell us straight what was going on.

5 mins after leaving we got a call saying that the phone was ready.

I just said we waited for two and a half hours to lazola and we want it delivered to Bloemfontein straight I our house.

This was typed just after the incident and full of anger and disappointment
