I have been a client of MTN from the moment they came into SA.
Last year I had to upgrade but they informed me that the "package" I have on my contract is not available anymore on their systems.
I gladly opted to upgrade to another package - HOWEVER - because I am going to a new package according to their system I am about to loose 1600 airtime minutes as they cannot transfer it.
It is a year later now and I have still not been able to upgrade without loosing my airtime.
They have resorted to give me NO option. Either I don't upgrade OR I upgrade and loose my airtime minutes.
They are NOT helpful at all with this issue and I get transferred from person to person to person if I have the time to phone their call centre. They gave me numerous promises to sort out the problem and PHONE me back - but nothing has happened to date. No phone call back to me.
