I just spoke to a Joyce from Telkom regarding lines that were down, what a pleasure!
I had to double check if this really was a Telkom rep i was talking to, she was on the ball, she was a joy to talk to, finally Telkom has the formula. Well done Joyce and well done Telkom, when you do well we should say so.
