My wife tried to upgrade to a new phone today. We waited in line for almost an hour and after another hour to find out that we can't upgrade because money is outstanding. But nothing can be outstanding since it being deducted via debit order.

Then mtn less us that we didn't pay the full amount. How can this be our fault.

Now we could not upgrade because MTN made a mistake and we have to pay for it.

And now we have to wait another 2 weeks to upgrade...

This is totally unacceptable!!

How can this problem be resolved quickly...?
