ON 3 JUNE 2013 I CALLED ON A-Z CELLULAR (MTN) VEREENIGING, TEL 016 455 3682 TO UPGRADE 2X BUSS CONTRACTS CELL NUMBERS 083 2999 115 AND 083 2999116 FROM TOP UP 100 PACKAGE TO TOP UP 200 PACKAGE. WHEN THEY DEBITED MY ACC END OF JUNE, I REALISED THAT THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER CHANGED. WHEN TAKING THIS UP WITH A - Z MTN, THEY SAID IT WAS NEVER "MIGRATED", WHATEVER THIS MEANS. THEY CHANGED PACKAGE AND I LOST AIRTIME OF PLUS MINUS R200 ON THIS OCCASION, AS THEY SAY WHEN THEY "MIGRATE" OR TRY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, I WILL LOSE AIRTIME AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THIS WAS CONFIRMED BY MTN WHEN A-Z PHONED THEM ON 808 NO. ON 1 OCT 2013. AS ON THIS DATE ON CELL 083 2999 115 AIRTIME AVAIL WAS R569 AND ON 083 2999 116 AIRTIME WAS R354. THIS IS REALLY GETTING A PROBLEM, AS A-Z MTN SENDS E-MAILS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM SINCE JUNE 2013, BUT NOBODY GIVES ANY ATTENTION OF FIX ACC. ON 7/10/2013 WHEN I RECEIVED MY LAST STATEMENT, THE ACC IS STILL NOT AMENDED TO TOP UP 200 AND IT SEEMS THAT IT IS A OPEN LINE INSTEAD OF TOP UP 200 PACKAGE. ON LAST STAT DD 26/9/2013 ON 083 2999 116 THERE IS CONTENT CHARGE OF R311.29, WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM AS PACKAGE IS STILL NOT RIGHT ON TOP UP 200.
