Mtn won't help me

I need to put in an insurance claim and there is no answer. I've been listening to the recorded voice for over 1 hour.
I then called the head office reception, who put me through to a gentleman who just transferred me back to the line which now I have been holding for 20 minutes.
I am without a phone and no one is willing to help me.
