Trying to get someone from alexander forbes for 2 days now... being transferred from one line holding then another person same thing eventually end my call with reception or voice mail or just a plain drop line.
Eventually request for a senior person to assist, first got to reception but phoned again then got to speak to Pretoria Regional Manager Helen who assisted without any hassle... got the stuff I wanted from her and glad to get to speak to her. Alexander Forbes please get your call centers sorted - do some dummy calls and see how it goes... and then you guys are the only insurances company where you first get a machine with 5 options and then transfers... all the others were first line call assistance... big difference!!! in todays market the consumers enjoy hassle free assistance.
