Hello

I just received my monthly bill from Nashua Mobile and almost got a heart attack, as my bill was huge.
Firstly i would like to say before i download stuff i always look how much cap i still have to download,

On this day i had 650MB left of the month and 1.7GB carried over from the previous month which will be lost at the end of that month, so i decided to download and get my moneys worth. I thought it was a good id? e. not anymore.

I downloaded about a gig of music, i still checked the balance and the 650Mb was finished but there were still left in the carried over bundle.

the next day I could not go onto the internet i thought there was something wrong with the internet provider, called them and there was nothing wrong. the following day i received an sms on my modem say i have exceeded my cap and was data blocked at R300, okay this upset me in some way, but when i received my bill today they billed me R975. this is not IYOBA...

Tried to phone you held on for 20min with no answer.
