I am trying to track a parcel from Germany and these cant even answer the phone.. i have been holding for 25 minutes and listening to thank you for your patients every ten seconds. and people wonder why when they finally do answer that we are rude.
Germany confirmed that the parcel arrived a week ago yet these people have not yet updated their systems.
