We had some Hale damage and reported it within 24hrs to ABSA insurance department. And they would have contacted us back within 48 hrs. so after 3 days my wife started calling back te beg for feedback or a plan of action. and until today no answer at this 086 030 2011 number and no feedback except for a empty promise on a sms that expired a week ago. she phones everyday for the last 4 days holding for at least 40 minutes until all her airtime runs out no answer. Loading R200 every day and just holding on until its run out. So after threatening my wife with a divorce i decided to do it myself and i am now on the 3rd call for the day holding currently for 29.3 minutes. Being a contractor I am now loosing R435 per hour for trying to sort out ABSA's service! o ja the call is no holding on for 39.3 minutes still no answer, On 50 minutes I will distribute this over our intercom system to irritate 600 people until this call is answered the whole company will listen to this "we will attend to your call as soon as possible... bla bla bla).
