I am extremely annoyed with your appalling service!! In the last 10 days I have swapped 3 broken phones and I still haven't got one that works. This is bad!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling unprofessional service I have received in the last 10 days. I went in to get my broken phone fixed and after 3 times of going back it still isn't working and your staff seems to not be skilled enough to do their job.
I demand as a client a decent remedy immediately.
Sizo at Menlyn was friendly and tried to help but my Neotel phone is still not working.
I'm using this phone for business purposes and Neotel is slowing down my progress.
Your call centre also doesn't answer calls. What am I to do? I am fed with this appalling service in general and I am seriously considering acquiring a more competent alternative if this behaviour continues.
It's a shame that I had to resolve to writing a complaint but hopefully my voice will be heard this time.
