I have been unable to send mails for days as the Neotel servers are down - NO notification of this was given to their customers nor was any information provided on their website.
Upon calling Neotel, their calls just go unanswered. When eventually my call was answered, I was transferred from pillar to post and put on hold indefinitely.
The call centre consultants are not locals with an accent that is extremely difficult to understand coupled with the fact that they cannot understand what you are saying and they do not speak into the phone, so you cannot even hear what they are saying.
After spending a ridiculous amount of time on the phone, no one was able to assist me or resolve my queries nor can they advise when the servers will be up and running again.
