I put in a complain on Friday the 17th of January 2014, and i let them know that i bought two neotel prepaid phones for business purposes, the one phone is working and the other one is saying service suspended and the phones were bought together and this is going on for a very long time, this is not the first time I'm getting this pathetic service from Neotel and this is not the first time I'm writing a complaint about Neotel, sort this mess out please.
