I listed a complaint on Hello Peter on 21 March 2013 regarding a problem I had with my upgrading and the information that I was given. On 26 March 2013 I received a response and it guaranteed that someone will get back to me with relevant feedback. Up till today no one has contacted me. Is this the service Nashua Mobile offer its clients? Even on a complaint, they seem to ignore me as usual. It sickens me that they are ok with providing service like this.
