I have tried to cancel my account with Neotel about three times in the last few months and after each response, I am asked to put it in writing (again), confirm over the phone, and then in writing again. It doesn't stop. And I am being charged for a service I am no longer using.
After emails, phone calls (nobody ever seems to answer their phones), I am getting nowhere. I want an apology and a refund on all the automatic payments I have made since my initial outreach to them.
I thought Neotel would be a refreshing change from the usual third world service I have come to expect from Telkom, but they're just the same, barring the quality of their products, which is, sadly, inferior to that of Telkom.
All the complaints here on HelloPeter about Neotel confirm that I am not being unreasonable and that this happening elsewhere.
Please fix this immediately.
