Since Saturday my Neotel home telephone and internet dongle has been out of service, I have contacted the call centre numerous times which is most frustrating as I have to walk around to get a single first of all. I have left my details for the relevant people to call me back on my cell however I received no response yet. The only thing the call centre staff is that they can't give me the the exact time when it will be fixed however Tuesday 30/04/2013 for the latest, today is the 01/05/2013 and my internet and telephone service is still down! I have lost business and important emails because of this major inconvinience and will be considering closing my Neotel account.
