The Neotel modem I received was terrible. Their Internet service was appalling. So I cancelled the service within 7 days and returned the modem. Yet I still received an invoice for using the service for one month. I called Neotel to enquire about this and I was told that the invoice was emailed to me by mistake and that no debit order would come through. What do you know?! Last night the debit order went through!
Neotel... Even saying the word Neotel makes me sick. Seeing those bright annoying logos make me cringe.
