I called Cell-C to have a new phone delivered and port my number from Vodacom to Cell-C a couple weeks ago. Phone has since been delivered, and I followed the steps to port my number - i.e. sms #portme#... I did this twice and both times received a "port failed" text in response. But now my Vodacom sim is not working and neither is my Cell C sim, so I am sitting with no phone.
Please could someone call me to help me out, obviously not on my cell, but on 011 082 3802. I've tried the helpline and keep getting moved around.
