I filed a complaint here on Hello Peter a MONTH AGO. Someone tried to contact me on the new cell c number that was given to me as part of the contract when I wanted my old number to be ported.
I then phoned Cell C to port the number myself and was told that the documents to port the number was not submitted. I then did the application over the phone where I requested that the new cell c number be deactivated as well.
TO DATE, I'M STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PHONE AND CONFIRM THAT THE PORTING PROCESS IS COMPLETE... AND THE NEW NUMBER IS STILL ACTIVE.
DISGUSTED AT PATHETIC SERVICE IS REALLY PUTTING IT MILDLY.
