Lack of Quality Control

I handed my call phone in to be repaired on 1 April as it kept freezing and was unable to make calls, access messages etc. I was told it would take between 2 to 14 days to fix, depending on the nature of the repairs needed. I was fine with the time frame, as i really need a fully fuctioning phone for work and personal.

I got my phone back today (4 April), however the joy of having it back was short lived as it still haa exactly the same problems as before. Its as if my phone was just put on a shelf and left for a few days before handing it back to me and informing me that it is "FIXED".

It doesnt seems as if anyone checks if the error/problem has been solved before it is handed back to the client.

I am now yet again inconvenieced, as i have to go back to the shop to hand my phone in for repairs on the same issue.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!
