I ported to cell c few months ago, previously i had one contract with mtn and one with cell c. i decided to port to cell with my mtn number as mtn was nothing but bull service i paid R250.00 to be ported to cell with my mtn number 0733022084. now it came to my attention that certain numbers cannot reach me as you guys are sayingmy number does not exist since friday 18/10/2013 i have made numerous calls to you guys for assistance. i have been told to reset my phone as i barred and diverted calls as far as i know when you divert calls, if you are unreachable the call will be transfered not get a stupid message that my number does not exist. i have been told that it is because i ported to cell c now there are some technical issues regarding porting. could someone look into this as im loosing money of which you will never provide me with though you are ones causing all this.
