NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AT NASHUA

After communication with Mduduzi regarding an upgrade and migration of a number from one provider to another, he promised the activation of a microsim by end of business yesterday of latest today. I called him today at 8h30 and he said he is following up with the warehouse and will revert by 9h00. I called and left 3 messages for him throughout the day and he did not return my call. Eventually he answered after I insisted on holding for about 20 minutes. He then told me he is waiting for the device so he can activate the sim card. I requested the head office number and he gave a call centre number. Anyway, they cant pick up any upgrade, no device waited for, can't even pick up the client with ID or cell number. The Retention Manager, Tshepiso says she suspects it is a vodacom problem and Mdu says it's a Nashua problem. Does anybody know what is happening?
