In 2009 I took up a cell phone contract with nashua, when I did an upgrade in 2011 I requested a number change and this never happen. This year I called nashua beginning of April to find out if I was eligible to upgrade, Masupha Sempe was assisting me. His answer was yes, when I called him after two days later to choose a different he then told me I was only due for an upgrade in July 2015. I followed this up with their head office and I was told the number I been using since I took the contract doen't belong to me and I was given another number which doesn't work. I took the contract in Nashua Central have dealt with Cheryse Francis who always promise someone will get back to me, and nothing happens. At some stage she refered me to Priscilla (011 207 8171) she's also full of empty promises. The issue is the number doesn't belong to me but their system shows I've upgraded this year even though I haven't received a new device. Since 2009 my bill was R136, after all the confusion since April 2013 they now deducting R460.00 from my account. All Priscilla from nashua, someone will call since 08 April. This has resulted in me missing payments in some of my acounts.
