Good day,

I went to the Nashua Mobile Branch in Northagate where I ported to CellC from Vodacom to get the S4. Muzi the assistance helped me through the whole process and everything went smoothly.

I was supposed to receive my device as well as my SIM Card on the 22nd May 2013. Muzi contacted me via email to advise me they delivered the wrong colour device, white instead of black (which i requested). Muzi advise he will send the device back to have it changed.

Muzi advised this would take about a week, but the problem now is, my old SIM card is no longer valid as I am now on the Cell C network with a Vodacom SIM.

Where can i go collect my BLACK S4 and SIM card? As this is a huge inconvenience for me. I have tried to call the branch in Northgate, but the number 0117942561 does not exist and the number the call centre gave me is for GLOMAIL - 0871507841.

Why is it I ALWAYS have issues with Nashua Mobile when doing upgrades or anything?

If i have no proper feedback on this issue and an ETA as to when I will get my device, I will be cancelling this contract and going directly with CellC.
