I had an upgrade done and had to return the handset due to OBF. 1. I firstly took the phone back to the store which did upgrade who advised that the freezing would stop once I closed all my applications, this continued and I called the Head office of Nashua who advised I could go into any Nashua Mobile to cancel the upgrade, 2. I then went to Douglasdale and was told that they cannot assist me. As I would need to go back to Northgate, 3. I called Nashua Mobile Head office again and made certain they send me a document that confirms that I can go to any Nashua, 4. I went to the Fourways Nashua and they took the phone from me and confirmed the OBF, without me even having to show them the letter from Head office. 5. The contact details on the website for Northgate is either incorrect or their phones dont work, neither do they respond to emails, so I am uncertain as to whether that email address works, I received a cell phone number to contact them, which connects me to an individual who is not even part of Nashua and who claims he often receives these calls. Appalling service if this is just from an upgrade. What has happened Nashua Mobile?
