Nashua Mobile Upgrade Nightmare

I have encountered various problems with Nashua mobile Clearwater. i had an upgrade, together with a migration from Cell C to MTN. firstly i waited about 2 weeks to receive the upgrade. during these 2 weeks, i phoned 4 times, and each time got a different excuse. e.g head office cancelled the upgrade, but i received no notice about this, another excuse was the upgrade was on its way (for about a week and a half).

when i did receive the upgrade, they did not include the car charger (that was included in the package deal).

i had to RICA the new sim card. this also failed on their systems, and i had to go in the branch, only to find out that the RICA still won't go trough. i am now waiting for an update on this issue.

all and all this upgrade and migration took them 3 weeks to handle, but they tell you i will take 5-7 working days.

This is not the first time i had a bad experience with Nashua.
The service received from Nashua is unacceptable!
