I have recently upgrade my contract again with Nashua and been a client now for over 10 years. Since the begin of February I have been having ENDLESS issues with my iPhone5 after the LTE activation. I have been contacting Nashua's/Vodacom/iStore helpdesks and nobody knows what the problem could be??? Well, it's easy the problem is with NASHUA my service provider! First of all LTE was not activated after taking delivery mid Jan, and when I contact them 2 weeks later, they only activated then... well that's what was said to me then?? Yesterday morning after visiting Elarduspark Nahua AGAIN! They saw that this service was not activate, and requested it again??? and this would have solved the problem? The phone fault again while I was there, I then requested a new sim for my older iPhone4S and been waiting now, for more than 35 hours as we speak for the activation??? Funny that the everybody on the internet knows about the issues, but between Nashua/VODACOM and Apple, this is very strange??? I have tried all the setting options from what was suggested, everything accept breaking it. I even received a SMS requesting to rate your service... well all I can say is Pathetic!!!
