I have been with vodacom for years! I am finished with vodacom! when you're account is paid late they are quick to block youre phone, and whants 2 months paid ahead to get you're phone unblocked! I hate vodacom every month is the same thing! If you phone the accounts after 17:00 in the evening you get a voice msg that says sorry we are not opperating right now please phone back thursday at 08:00! THAT IS BAD BAD SERVICE! and you dont have friendly staff at all, always sounds if they are partying in the back ground!
