Upgrades with Nashua Mobile is a joke!

Mon morning, 2 Dec I called the Nashua Mobile call centre to arrange for an upgrade on my Blackberry phone. I was assisted by Norma who very easily upgraded me to the White Samsung S4 that I wanted. I was told a courier would deliver the phone to me within 2 - 5 working days. Using the "Track your delivery" facility online, it was confirmed that a BLACK S4 is going to be delivered to me. I called Nashua (Norma) again and she told me she rectified this. Apparently the warehouse dispatches whatever colour device they have in stock, no matter what the paying client ordered. The Wednesday the couriers called me, to deliver a BLACK device. I told them that I ordered white. Eventually I called Nashua again on Friday and was told that "the manager" has to sign off the return of the black phone before a new one may be delivered. Norma made it seem like I changed my mind about the colour. I emailed a complaint yesterday, and called Norma, and received my new phone, MINUS THE MICRO SIM THAT IS NEEDED TO USE THE PHONE, yesterday. This is poor customer service. When I called Nashua I was told that I needed to request a new sim at a charge... FOR AN UPGRADE?! 4th year running bad service!
