ACTIVATION OF NEW SIMCARD

Took out a new data contract with Nashua Mobile on 19/04/2013. The I-pad device and the Cell C micro simcard were delivered to my place of work on 23/04/2013 - following which I contacted the Nashua Mobile Client Services number and requested activation. I was informed that my request would be processed by no later than 24 hours later. To date, I have not even received a response to my e-mail sent to Cell C Customer Services, whereby I requested them on 23/04/2013 to please activate my line. On 24/04/2013 with the contract still not activated, I was informed by the Nashua Mobile Client Services that the problem with Cell C, who are experiencing problems with the activation of new lines. I did not follow-up on the matter on 25/04/2013. On 26/04/2013 I am still told by the Nashua Mobile Client Services that the problem with Cell C, who are experiencing problems with the activation of new lines. Apparently my query has once more been escalated. Still no response to the e-mail to Cell C Customer Services and Cell C direct says they cannot help me as I am a Nashua Mobile Client, but they are definitely not experiencing any problems with the activation of new lines.
