Poor service from Nashua Mobile

Visited Nashua Mobile Knysna 6 months ago to get upgrade on Wendy Hudson cell phone. She brought a phone home on overnight trial, decided she didn't like it, and returned it the following morning. We then consulted with the saleperson, chose another model and were advised it would take a few days to be delivered to Knysna - so far no problem!
Disaster from then on - Account not credited the R80 taken for the upgrade, so the record still shows I have the device! Branch says they returned the device the very next day - Warehouse says it was not received. I then got the waybill number for this book-back from the Branch, and advised the Call Centre. Warehouse calls for identification of signatories on UTI waybill. The merry-go-round continues, ending with a return message from Martin at the Call Centre that I should urgently contact the Branch Manager. Got a recorded message on Franchise owner's phone to refer any enquiries regarding cellphones to the Call Centre! She has not returned my calls and has apparently done nothing to resolve this. Anthea at Branch advises she's now referred to Area Manager, Mr Pockpass, but no effective action taken as yet. Still waiting after 6 months!
