NO SERVICE, NO ANSWER

I have been directed to contact the 24mobility number and the mtn sp insurance number. i called the call center after i failed numerous times to get through to both numbers and the agents put me through indicating that they would hold with me and ensure that i do go through. on two occassions i called and held for 20 minutes to 30 minutes at a time and there was no answer from the agents or the insurance side.

I would like assistance with lodging my claim. i have had no assistance and such BAD service from MTN Sp and NO SERVICE from mtn insurance.
