Can't get through to home owners insurance dept

Good afternoon

I have been patiently trying to call home owners insurance department in order to register a claim since this morning at nine o'clock, till now I'm still unable to get help or get through to them. I called other departments and agents there tried in vain to put me through but still no one answers after holding on for more than 20 minutes each call.

At this point I do not know what to do; I now feel that I have wasted my time, my air time my energy on non-service.

I called home owners insurance number several times on 0860 121 141; 011 216 8022. I also called 0860238837 of which an agents answers within 30 seconds, they tried transferring and conferencing from their end (Ref:20141220/660), but still no one answers.

May I kindly be contacted so that I can register a claim urgently.
